About 8 football players were given free tattoos in return for their autographs, including QB Terrell Pryor and WR DeVier Posey. If the NCAA suspends USC's Dillon Baxter for 1 game, for a golf cart ride, and doesn't suspend these Ohio State players for the Sugar Bowl, then there is definitely some serious bias going on with the NCAA. Should be interesting how this unfolds.
