Great article on the rise of the Pac-10 due to the dominance of USC over the past 9 years. USC's success made the Pac-10 teams stronger or they wouldn't survive. Sounds similar to what Tiger has done for the PGA Tour... SC and Tiger will both come back to their winning seasons again, and very soon.
