In one week, several former USC standouts will have their names called as they join the ranks of the professional football world. The 2010 NFL draft is takes place next Thursday (the actual selections begin at 4:30 PST) and will take place over a three-day span - a new format in which the selection process will last more than two days.

The first round is scheduled for Thursday, with rounds two and three starting at 3 p.m. PST Friday, and the final four rounds feeding the early birds at 7 a.m. PST Saturday.

Although there won't be any USC players sitting in Radio City Music Hall's "green room" (the location where NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell opens the envelopes in front of the cameras), quite a few Trojans are hoping to have their names called.

  • Luthur Brown, LB
  • Jeff Byers, C-OL
  • Garrett Green, QB-WR
  • Everson Griffen, DE
  • Will Harris, S
  • Nick Howell, OL

  • Taylor Mays, S
  • Anthony McCoy, TE
  • Joe McKnight, RB
  • Alex Parsons, OL
