Three Trojan teams in action this week have the opportunity to extend USC's lead over UCLA in the Crosstown Gauntlet (the all-sports competition between the two schools).
Men's and women's tennis both face the Bruins this Friday (April 16). The women square off against their powder blue-clad opponents at 1:30 p.m. in Westwood, with men's play starting at 3 p.m. at USC's Marks Tennis Stadium.
On Saturday, April 17, women's water polo looks to maintain its No. 1 national ranking against the Bruins in the McDonald's Swim Stadium at 4:30 p.m.
With Gauntlet points on the line (USC currently leads the competition, 42.5 to 35), these three matchups present a pivotal sequence in the race for Los Angeles bragging rights. All three events have free admission, so come support your friends rocking the Cardinal and Gold!
