Ready, set, break.

For the sixth time in two weeks, the Trojans sprinted through a spirited sans-football conditioning session, this time at 6:30 a.m. on Cromwell Field and this one sending them into a nine-day break from school and football.

Following the session, Coach Lane Kiffin praised his players for their hard work and improvement during the previous few weeks.

"That's the only way we'll return to dominance -- by working that way," Kiffin told the team after this morning's workout.
