Strength through conditioning

The break is near.

On a warm and sunny afternoon, the Trojans cycled through a football-less conditioning session with the coaches that included a circuit of agility and running drills before team-oriented conditioning work, the fifth such session of the spring. And now with this afternoon's workout in the books, just Friday's 6:30 a.m. conditioning session remains before the Trojans split for Spring Break.

"By 7:30 a.m. tomorrow, we will have worked harder than any team in America at this point," Coach Lane Kiffin told the players at the end of the workout. "And that's what you came here to do."
