Riding the bench

This morning's offseason workout includes the 225-pound bench press rep test, along with a normal weightlifting circuit and agility work. Here are some pictures from the bench test:

Tailback Allen Bradford pushes up on one of his 23 reps on the 225-pound bench press test, with assistant Lenny Vandermade spotting and head strength and conditioning coach Aaron Ausmus watching close by.

Defensive lineman Armond Armstead puts up one of his 19 reps under the spot of Lenny Vandermade and the verbal encouragement of head strength and conditioning coach Aaron Ausmus.

With assistant Lenny Vandermade spotting, tailback Curtis McNeal lifts one of his 19 reps on the bench press test during this morning's workout.

Please. Thumbs around the bar. Please

Yes, we don't need the same thing happening to Allen Bradford that happened to Stafon. Lenny Vandermade needs to pay more attention.

Good to see the running backs hitting the weights. I saw Galippo in one of those pics. How's that guy progressing?

Your post is informative. Safety is very critical, terrific post about this subject, thank you for sharing. | moustiquaire fenĂȘtre

I've been surfing on-line more than three hours nowadays, but I never discovered any attention-grabbing article like yours. It's beautiful worth enough for me. In my opinion, if all site owners and bloggers made excellent content material as you probably did, the web will be a lot more helpful than ever before. | louise
