Conditioned for what's to come

For the second time, the Trojans took to Howard Jones Field for a conditioning workout with their new coaches this afternoon, hustling through a rapid-fire 45-minute session on an ideal March afternoon.

While Tuesday's workout placed an emphasis on teamwork, today's centered on discipline. To conclude the workout, coaches led the players through a strict sprint drill that focused on attention to detail and rigid discipline, even in spite of fatigue.
