The 2010 season began this morning for USC players.

Kicking off training for the coming fall, the offseason strength and condition program started with workouts at 6 a.m. this morning. The sessions, which also happen at 8 a.m., 10 a.m. and 1 p.m., include conditioning, agility and weightlifting segments under the watchful eyes of head strength and conditioning coach Chris Carlisle and staff.

Glad to see things starting up again. Only 8 and a half months to go!

Oh and re: Sebastian - does this particular topic look like a post about sanctions? I didn't think so...
