One win from the Super Bowl

Yet again, at least one Trojan will be in the Super Bowl when the NFL hosts its championship game on Feb. 7 in Miami.

Three of the four remaining teams in the NFL playoffs feature at least one Trojan on their active rosters (and the fourth has a USC alum on its practice squad), so Super Bowl XLIV will see at least one Trojan suited up on the sideline. Amazingly, only three Super Bowls have not had a USC alumnus on either team's roster.

Here's a look at the Trojans still playing in the playoffs, all of whom are one win away from the Super Bowl:

  • New York Jets: QB Mark Sanchez
  • Indianapolis Colts: DL Fili Moala
  • New Orleans Saints: TB Reggie Bush, DL Sedrick Ellis
  • Minnesota Vikings: OL Drew Radovich (*on the practice squad)

How about Chauncey Washington? I think he's 3rd in the Jet's depth chart.
