We've received several requests to see what the depth chart currently looks like. That's a tricky proposition, though.
The new coaching staff hasn't spent much time yet analyzing the squad, as they've been on the recruiting trail almost nonstop since being hired. And anyway, Lane Kiffin said at the first team meeting, "I don't have a depth chart right now."
So at the risk of being entirely premature with this estimation, here's the two-deep depth chart as of now, keeping in mind that Spring Practice is still two months away and the 2010 season is more than six months from kicking off:

What happened to McNeal, Tyler, etc? Are they not included on the roster?
The OL and DL is pretty thin.
Did something happen to David Ausberry?
hopefully kiffin is serious about giving anyone a shot. there has to be someone better than galippo, he is AWFUL
I am also wondering what's up with Ausberry not making the top 5 wideouts??? He started every game until he was hurt and RoJo returned. Not surprised that not all the RBs are listed because there are 1000 of them, including Dillon Baxter, the next poor soul to be labeled "The Next Reggie."
Has Ausberry told the coaches he is leaving school? That's the only thing I could think of to explain why he would not be on the depth chart, since he was recruited when Lane was still on the staff in '06.
I think Tyron Smith to LT, he is the best lineman on the team, eases Kalil in at RT. Heberer will beat out Holmes for a guard spot, and that this OL might be better than 2009's. RoJo should be Rose Bowl 2009-type special again if healthy...watch out for his 'mini-me" Flournoy. AB and CJ should have a big yr at tailback. All this and some impact rookies should help Barkley be All-Pac 10.
No way that Baucham starts over TJ Bryant at 150 lbs. I think how TJ McDonald and Shareece play will be the key to having a good defense in 2010. Front 7 should be better with an extra year of experience and Monte's Tampa 2 scheme at work (especially against Oregon and Stanford).
Vehikite before Shoemate...really?
