Gettin the old band back together... USC made some lemonade with this situation...
I guess for comfirmation your blog serves a purpose, but in terms of reporting what's going on you are behind the curve. I suppose that's your issue with the Department, but this site shouldn't be marketed as an inside source of information to long time supporters and season ticket holders. I would expect a little more. It's a controlled source of information.

Dave, Ben's site provides plenty of inside information like practice schedules, team events, photos, and other team specific information. I was able to spend the entire day with the team through the inside access Ben provided via a contest.
He's never going to leak out sensitive information before it's official as he's employed by the university, but at least you know what he reports is true. Unlike the other media outlets. So, if you want the information before it's official, possibly true, but spurious at best then go over to Wolf's site or ESPN's Shelly Smith.
I think I'm not the only one who thinks:
* Love the coaching staff (Coach O, Monte, Norm?)
* Scared to death that Lane Kiffin is a loose cannon
Do we really need a head coach?
Harvey, your up late! I agree with you on THAT kind of inside information. As I said, it's a controlled source of information.
