This is a bitchen drill!! So, the back can only use the 1 and 2 gap? No outside? More of a red zone and 3rd and short drill for both sides of the ball. This is a perfect drill on so many levels. Details at its purest level, explosion reaction, quick feet, intensity. Back to basics. The unity circle is an intimate stage for performance, brings the big field into the small body battle in the trenches where the game 9/10x is won. I love it... lot of creative short game ideas grow from this... and Defense gets to smash show big hits
