Coach Carroll finished in ninth place in the fan voting portion of the Liberty Mutual Coach of the Year award, with the 15 top vote-getters now being put through the evaluation process. Fan voting will resume on Dec. 15. If Carroll wins, $50,000 will be donated to A Better LA, the inner-city charity he helped found.

Ben - FYI the Liberty Mutual website said yesterday that you cannot vote for your school's coach until December 15th again. As an alumni, I have been voting everyday for Pete but no one can again until December 15th. Fight on!
