The future will come into focus just a little more after this weekend.
Trojan coaches are spending all day Friday and Saturday -- with one already out and about -- on the recruiting trail, as they visit high schools and playoff games around the area, state and nation and make final pushes on several prospects for the Class of 2010. Running backs coach Todd McNair is already out of town and will miss practice this afternoon and Friday, and most of his colleagues will join him on the recruiting trail for the remainder of the weekend.
With Signing Day less than three months away and this being the final open weekend until January for the Trojan coaching staff, it's a tremendously vital time for the USC recruiting efforts.
