Spirits, as you can imagine, are as high as the sky this morning in Heritage Hall.
Battle-worn from the previous month of rough games, coaches are relishing Saturday's 28-7 victory, especially because of the challenge of bouncing back from a humbling loss two weeks prior.
"This was a fantastic, fantastic win," Coach Carroll said during this morning's staff meeting. "That was as hard a game to prepare for mentally as I can remember."
But as much as they'd like to continue soaking in the victory, the coaches' focus has already shifted toward the upcoming matchup against Arizona, which is already five days away.
"We've got a difficult challenge coming up," Carroll said. "We've got to capture this one last time. Let's get right and get ready."
