Many staffers are early birds and can be found quietly working in the office before sunrise every morning, so the only thing unusual about the 6 a.m. call time was the increased number of people at Heritage Hall. For some coaches, the pre-dawn meeting and practice caused them to sleep in their offices, saving them a commute. And the early wake-up was even a positive for the coaches who made the drive to work from home this morning.
How's that? Well, there isn't any traffic on the L.A. highways at 5 a.m.
