Former All-American USC wideout Mike Williams (middle) and Keary Colbert (right), a Trojan legend in his own right, chat with Coach Carroll in Heritage Hall this afternoon. Williams, who now owns The Right Way record label in Burbank, and Colbert are both continuing to work out as they aim for another chance in the NFL.
I think Colbert has a shot, however I think Mike has made his bed unfortunately. I'm happy to hear he has a business and hope he is successful. Likewise I hope Keary can find another chance. He is every bit as good as Steve Smith and hopefully he can find a team to give him a chance.
We can only hope that Coach Carroll has these guys speak to the team. I agree with the other post. Williams made his own bed. Good luck to Colbert. Great example as to why you should stay in school and earn that degree.
