COLUMBUS, Ohio -- On Friday evening, the Trojans conducted a typical hour-long walk-thru at Ohio Stadium. During the light-hearted session, players goofed around, the offensive and defensive linemen competed in the always entertaining "fatman football game" and the quarterbacks and wideouts participated in some simple passing drills. It all ended with a motivational speech from head strength and conditioning coach Chris Carlisle, who discussed Crazy Horse and the Battle of Little Bighorn.
The point of the jocular walk-thru is to acclimatize the players to the stadium and also get their minds off football for a little, letting them unwind after a hectic week of preparation.
