NFL-bound kicker David Buehler is being presented with the 2008 Kickoff Specialist Trophy during a ceremony in Heritage Hall this afternoon. The award, one of 14 handed out to the various positions on offense, defense and special teams, is based on "meta-algorithms derived from differential equations," employing data from the previous nine college football seasons.
