Guessing game

Like they do for every scrimmage and game, the offensive coaches scripted the first 18 plays of the day and then presented the slate of calls to the offensive players during meetings this morning.

One major change though -- the offense will be starting on Play No. 10 instead of 1, and for one good, funny reason.

Because the offensive and defensive coaches share meeting rooms, a printer and computers, the defense probably already knows what the script is. So assistant head coach for the offense Jeremy Bates is switching things up to keep his counterparts guessing -- and to make today's scrimmage even more game-like.

"I don't trust those guys," Bates joked during the offense's meeting this morning. "It's like sleeping with the enemy."

Hey I ...well was from Texas! I am in Toronto now and follow as well.

Question: Do the Coaches check this out? Cause if they do Bates plan will not stay secret for long.

my guess is coaches have bigger fish to fry on the day of their first Colosseum scrimmage.

Following from here in Brentwood CA.

Practice today was phenomenal!

MB looked amazing and Corp looked solid as ever.
