Coaches just ended their morning staff meeting and then divided into offensive and defensive film sessions -- but not before Coach Carroll raved about the first three workouts of Spring Practice 2009.
"I'm really fired up about this thing right now," Carroll said. "The energy is almost out of control, and that's perfect -- it's what allows us to practice at such a high level every day out there.
"Things look great. We're rolling!"
