Rich Glover, winner of the Outland Trophy and Lombardi Award for best lineman while at Nebraska in 1972, is sitting in on coaches meetings today. Glover, who's regarded as one of the most dominant defensive linemen in college football history, is now the head coach at Dickinson High in Jersey City, N.J.
